Here's my effort (but tbh have nicked what Kuif posted and made additions). Based on CTMod with a few extras:
Atlas - maps for instances.
Auctioneer - scan the AH and record prices for review whenever you hover over an item.
BankItems - see what was last in your bank without being at a bank. Type /bi.
bc_AutoMailSubject - populates mail subject automatically based on what you've put in the send window.
CTMod - CTMod base pack
DamageMeters - See how much damage you are doing compared to Goose.
Enchantrix - See what items disenchant into.
EquipCompare - Hover over some equipment to see how it compares to what you currently have equipped.
FishEase - Erm makes fishing easier.
FlightMap - Shows flightimes and routes when at a flightmaster.
Gatherer - Record and display what you have previously gathered via the minimap (chests, mines, herbs).
KillLog - Type /killlog to see what you've killed and what's killed you.
LootLink - Type /ll (2 L's) to see loot that has been recorded.
QuickLoot - Position loot window to where cursor is.
Rauen_PetDefend - Something to do with Hunters.
Reputation - Represent reputation score numerically as well as graphically.
StanceSets - Change your equipment based on what stance/mode your char is in.
WeaponQuickSwap - Needed for above to work.
WorldMapInfo - Something to do with WorldMapInfo.

I'm using Discord Unit Frames which totally own. You can design your own frames with it and its fun to use.

Got a hold of some chat addons LS Chat and Confab which help tidy the chat up a bit, by putting the dialog box away from the bottom letting you fill up more space with the actual chat window, and removing the chat buttons etc. I see you could do with that from your screeny Kuif.

Well I was hoping that this sticky thread would be a 'one stop shop' that people could come to to download a set of mods to customise their WoW experience, rather than an ongoing discussion but perhaps I should have stated that when I created the thread
