Ok I know I am a miserable chelsea fan at the best of times but are we doing the right thing here? It seems as though we spend all our times on comms slagging off the likes of Highn, Kioko, Aekri'a, Baker and Herron.

Do we want them in the guild?

Personally I think that if our playing enjoyment is being impaired or the guild chat window is closed because of the comments being made then its time to ask people if they feel happy with us.

Its not fair on any of those people that I have named to keep them in the guild if we feel they don't actually help us.

Highn. Personally I think Highn is far better whinger than he is a positive suggester. He seems to delight in saying whats wrong without really giving a solution.

Kioko - hard to form an opinion, his tongue is so far up highn's arse that 9 times out of 10 whatever he says is muffled anyway.

Aekri'a just irritates me, I know you didn't hear it but I can remember her telling me all the professions that she/he/it had completed and now seems to know less each week. Hunting with them is a royal pain in the arse as they just seem to switch off and then spend ages finding us.

Baker. Baker at least has the excuse of being young and a total utter noob in this. He irritates me when he asks questions then doesn't respond to the replies or even show any comprehension of the replies.

Herron - same as above really. These two don't irritate me anywhere near as much as Highn atm.

No, I like being miserable too. But I have the excuse of being unemployed.

The only person that gets my goat atm is Highn. Like you say, he's can bitch but not help out. e.g. he spent an hour and a half telling me what was wrong with teh layout of the city, and in the end he wouldn't place his house, instead wanting me to do it for him. My anger was amplified later by my subs running out, meaning id wasted a good portion of my last 2 hours fucking around with him.

I think someone needs to speak to highn and ask him to stfu or leave. I'd gladly do it, but hey...

I dont care about the rest. We could kick Aekri'a tho cos he's never online enough to be any use to anyone. At least the rest are there and up for something.

I prefer a much smaller guild. Having a guild within a guild makes no sense. Guild members can and should help each other but frankly, we have some members I really don't care about and don't want to help. I tried, but some just piss me off.

Highn annoys the life out of me. He has to die...

I was much happier when it was just us, some people havn't really fit in. I think we should set Vehas and Delta loose on them.

Acko being one he is helpful, generous and seems quite clued up with the game, and has some independence.

drek so far seems cool, him and shoxx seem to have bonded quite well and go hunting together, sure time will tell, but atm he seems again quite clued up and easy going
