Basically I can make most tissues at around +16/+17 bonus, but if you can find a piece of clothing with 2 separate slots for the cloth, ie. the fighter flightsuit, the bonuses can stack or have separate stuff in them. The max bonus you can have for any of the skills is +25, even if every item of clothes u own is bio-engineered.
For example, the Fighter Flightsuit could have 2 lots of Enhanced Myoflex Cloth at +15 each, giving you the max of +25 bonus for Wound Healing (Dance & Music) on the costume. Or u could use 1 myoflex for +15 on the wound healing and 1 active bio-sensors for +15 injury/wound treatment. It could also have the reinforced fiber engineered with fear release to give a + 15 to warcry / intimidation in case the punters got out of hand and u have to bitchslap them...
Bit of an extreme example, but you get the idea anyway...
What I can't make atm is anything involving mollusk or milk, so that's all the Creature Handling clothes gone and the mimetic circuitry for the +cover bonuses (I can still make the visual camo which is about +8 cover bonus max per tissue though).
