last year a compagny had started digging to construct a building and they found a 250 kg bom 10 meters of my doorstep.

the alliance dropped these here because germans had occupied a castel nearby.

the area has been closed for 4 hours

Actually, I'd be more worried then. If the Italians made it, it probably looks lovely and works but is unpredictable and unreliable. Kabooom!
