Any idea how to paint the comp armor?? Update says there should be
an option available but havent found one yet....

Does this mean I have to take it to i.e. droid artisan for painting?

I doubt you'll need to take it to another player as the reason it changed was because of a mistake by SOE so forcing you to use another player (and probably get charged for it) seems very unlikely.

Essentially your composite armour can now be reapainted by you for the next two weeks only.

Firstly, unequip your armour and then in the inventory hover over the radial menu. An option will appear to colour the armour. When you do this you will get a pallete appear that will allow you to modify your armour colours.
