Where is the best place to get this?

Answers such as 'Netherstorm', and 'Ogre Beads in Nag', are appreciated, but not needed. I want to know specifically where i can grind this to the best effect (presumably not nag), or if theres an instance i can run a few times.

The consortium turdflakes are teasing me with their gem designs, and its making me feel inadequate. I particularly like the look of the healy meta one http://www.thottbot.com/i25897 - this is of course assuming that we ever get past curator again, so i can buy the design off the dude who repairs you before the chess thing! ever the optimist etc.

Farm keys for the prisons I'd say and collect the tags. Though we also got rep in heroic mana tombs
