Maybe just me but I've accessed it via 2 separate internet connections over this weekend. What d'ya reckon?

I thought that too, but then my machine is playing up for some reason so I just presumed it was that.

Sometimes it's slow for me, but then other times it's fairly quick. Just assumed it was the stupid BT internet at work....but who knows!

I think it's the big assed avatars wot some haff got that doos it ( avert your gaze from my big assed avatar thankyouplease).
Then again it could be the shear volume of spam pumped out by Day and Renee, or it could be the fact that my darling little girl has just dropped her juice onto my cable modem which is now happily fizzing away like a comedy explosive with DA BOMZ written on the side.

I also think, its the shiny new model view avatars...

my connection speed hasnt changed - neither at home nor at work.... forums are freaking slow since all that avatars poped up

I had no issues at home but it's fucking terrible today at work. It's worse than using dial-up. Just this site too, the rest of the intaweb is fine. Time to get those shoulders sloping Xui?

edit: You can switch graphics off in your options Des, though I don't think it's them causing the problem
