.... when your, supposedly, 10mb connection suddenly switches to 512k speeds. After 40 minutes on the phone and countless powering off/on of the set top box and removing your router from the equasion ("Oh yes sir, I think it may be the router. We should connect the PC directly"), the support guy tries his best not to tell me directly that I've been downgraded to a lower package... unsuccessfully.
