Ok firstly, the usual suspect builds
Arms 31 / Fury 20
Cookie cutter pvp build. Aimed at 2h wielding warriors who do some serious damage with crits and good 2h weapons.
Aim for Deflection/Tactical mastery/Deep Wounds/Impale/ Axe Specialisation/ Improved Overpower / Sweeping Strikes and Mortal Strikes
Fury
Cruelty and then anything else that looks good (improved cleeve/whirlwind is good)
Cookie Cutter Hybrid
Arms 31 / Fury 4/ Protection 16
Deflection/Tactical mastery/Deep Wounds/Impale/ Axe Specialisation/ Improved Overpower / Sweeping Strikes and Mortal Strikes
Fury

Protection
Defiance / Shield Spec / Last Stand / That Defence Skill
The Nutter Fury Build
Arms 3/Fury 32/Protection 16

Right I've been all 3. For the love of all that is holy do not go above 20 in Protection. It's a shit tree tbh and turns you warrior into something that can't do anything other than soak damage in an instance group. It will make you delete your character, trust me.
The cookie cutter.
PVP supreme build. Burst Damage is king and this delivers that and then some. Expect to see huge mortal strikes and sweeping strikes/whirlwind or cleeve combos racking up some silly damage.
The downside is that as a tank you're missing some crucial skills - You don't have the extra block chance that shield spec gives you. You don't increased threat from defiance and you will miss last stand (god knows I do)
The Hybrid
I mucked my respec up but I have this build now. It's mad - Still get great damage from Mortal Strikes/Sweeping Strikes combos but now I can tank in an instance too. Nothing beats stance dancing knowing that you keep enough rage to fire off skills in a new stance
The Nutter Build
I loved this build but it's a real pain to do anything with. Putting Tactical Mastery as a tier 2 talent in arms makes 3 tree builds impossible. To get Tactical mastery 3-5 you must spend 8-10 points in arms - at which point it's impossible to get the funky talents from both fury and protection. (Last stand and bloodthirst)
You can survive without Tactical Mastery but you need to plan your fights to use all rage before switching. Dual wield does take your survivability down but anyone who has grouped with me when isquish has been able to off tank will agree that fury dps is insane.
There are loads more builds - you don't HAVE to take the top tier talent so you could go with a real hybrid build of 10 arms for Deflection and Tactical Mastery then 16 in protection for Defiance/Last Stand and the shield thingy and the increased defence thingy then plump the rest of your points where you see fit in either fury or arms...
I'd try cookie cutter hybrid for now and then see how you go (take arms to level 40 to get mortal strike then spend points in fury then in protection - protection is only really used in groups.
