Some little fuckwit (in a hoodie) did this today, while i was parked at work. Of course working for social services means our cctv camera was not working. Even though I had a perfect shoe print of the little shit and knew he was probably within 500yards of the "crime" scene and there was an eye witness, the cops did fuck all but phone me to give me an incident number.

So i've now got the happy prospect of phoning my insurance tomorrow. The whole roof's bent in and i'm worried it may have warped the car body, w00t.

Seriously what is the fucking point? The wanker will have bruises im sure tomorrow as he seriously has fucked my car, and i get to lose no claims probably, as i'm looking at at least a grands worth of repairs, if he hasn't fucked the whole car's body.

Was your car parked on your employer's property? If so, do they have a 'we accept no liability for damage' policy? Might be worth enquiring.
Also, you could start here to see if you are able to get compensation as a victim.

Most of those services, although good, take up to a year to actually see any payback from, so if youre car is messed up then you should claim on the insurance now to make sure it gets sorted, although claiming through those will return eventually you cant be waiting for the money to get it fixed
