Too many games and betas to play, too little time... does like fun though.

I got nostalgic and bought Taito Legends at teh weekend too and am re-addicted to Rainbow Islands, New Zealand Story and Bubble Bobble :(

Isn't that like a bit like Tetris? Soemoen recently mentioned that those kind of games are really for women, are you coming out of the closet? :P

Too true about the betas, but havent touched D&D since the 1st time I launched it and its too EQ2'ish. RF:O is nice but not worth the subs unless they're holding back tons of content.

Been eyeing auto assault for ayear now and it does look like a new aproach to MMO's. Seeing NCSoft has a nice hand in it I expect a bit more quality and content then the average MMO.

NCSoft as in the ones who market the endgame-less CoH, and nothing-but-pvp Lineage 2? AA is supposed to be just like them, dull and featureless. The people on the Isonews forums detest it.

I installed it, saw I could only play on a Thurs, then uninstalled. 9gb is far too much space for any game.

wether the end-game is non-existent (CoH) or tedious (WoW) I dont really care tbh, its the fact that its not just another MMO spin-off from WoW/EQ2/DAoC.

This early in beta, with only limited uptime and prolly not even 1/2 the content/gfx in place it's harsh to slag off a game.

It's been in beta since June last year and has an expected release date of Spring, I doubt they're gonna inject a tonne of content this late in the day. But we'll see.

aye they started closed beta testing for this way back when we first started playing CoH ..

Nice concept but from what ive heard from a lot of other players is it really really boring after a few plays..

No, they are what we used to refer to back in the day as a platform game, tetris is a tidying game and thus aimed at women.

Pesky yoof... :)

You're thinking of puzzle bobble which is a tidying game, bubble bobble is a platformer :P

Nope, bubble bobble is one of my all time favourite games tbh, close to the top I guess, but nothing beats chuckie egg for the acorn electron imo...

Bubble Bobble rocks, I always rememebr level 99 when if you done it quick enough you could jump through a magic door and open up some more levels.

one of my all time favorites was for the Kickle Cubicle for the super nintendo, awesome puzzle game.

/me likes it

It's not as bad as its made out to be in reviews, its got the basic mechanics of any mmo and thats do quests and kill mobs, get xp and improve ur stuff.

Interface is very CoH'ish. Its getting used to where to aim etc. Combat is nice tho, its multiple mobs at the same time always. Level 6 now and grinding on with a happy face ;)

Well..I got my own account working 1st, but urs works as well :) Cheers for that.

I'm being smart tho, coz my account will expire after the weekend and I can still use urs on Thursdays...thats why I created a char on my own account :/
