Anyone going to have a bash at RF Online when it's released?

I've pre-ordered it from play at £17.99 as I thought it looked like a reasonable game and a nice change.

i was tempted when i first saw it nd id still like to have a go, but it depends on the sub costs nd stuff for me, ill look into it tho

i applied to beta test the lil bugger too so fingers crossed on that one

Not thought that far ahead if I'm honest, it just looked different to what's on the market at the moment and it seemed cheap enough at play.com so I thought what the hey.

Didn't fancy it when I saw the E3 trailer, looked too much like mechwars, but from those screenies it does look pretty.

Depends if the combat is FF style or not, I get the impression it might be.

Exactly my thoughts Delts, it just looked like Mech Wars but from the screenies I've seen it doesn't like that way really so I decided to give it a whirl.

I have pre-ordered with play.com as well and have received my Beta key. Unfortunatly the keys don't go live until stage 3 of the beta which is about 3 weeks off.

Would guess at the standard subs model, £8.99 p/m or 3, 6 and 12 month block buying.

I reckon it'll turn out like CoH tbh where I won't have the time to play it and everyone will be dead busy and only Delts will play through to endgame

This could be a possibility since it's sure to be a big hit with the Japs and I'll be able to flex my irl-peen at them all.

DL'd and got a 1st glimps in 10 minutes time.

I didnt get put off immediately which is a 1st for a BETA tbh, environment and toons look and feel different as well as the controls but nothing I couldnt get used to probably. I'll give it a proper bash tonight and try to read up on some stuff...how to do quests and where to find the npc's for example >.<
