I have lots of wildvine atm. It's spare cos it's only used in Wildvine potions which are a bit shit tbh

It's used in leatherworking and stuff too. Though I used to just sell them instead as they'd make about 1g a pop on the auction house.

Me and Kuif used to find them drop loads on witherbark trolls in the Hinterlands.. Think its about 6% droprate acc to thottbot. Lvl 42-45 ish tho.
