- ...to resolve conflicts. We don't have any conflicts.
- ...for looting. All loot should be sent to me.
- ...for guild rank advancement because demotion is the only option (especially for Dutch trouble makers). In special cases, I may mark you for promotion by daubing your right shoulder with a brown stripe (see photo).
- ...for recruiting because everyone invites who they like on the understanding that if they invite a complete arse, then they have the joy of telling them that they're being kicked from guild.

Direction is go have fun and find that you level while this happens. Purpose is to have fun and socialise without the normal guild formalities of rank and rules. If you don't like it, go forth and multiply. That's the strong and fair bit.
Sorry that I've not been on much lately Beans. I've been on a "How to control rowdy guildies" course for the last couple of weeks at the local Hitler youth branch. Might not be on for a while after that as I'm developing my plans for world cleansing and domination.
I know the start of thread comments are made in jest but if anyone wants to be guild leader, just stick your hand up. I'm only GL coz I got the charter signed and I don't want any of that rank, rule, direction and purpose shite. Been there, done that. It's a complete pain in the arse.
Seriously though, I'm completely snowed under in my new job and weekends are family time. I'm no longer working at home and Im doing long hours. I just have time to see family before going to bed. I'm wondering if I'll ever have the time available to play a game that demands so much time to complete anything. Anyway, I need to go finish some work. Maybe I'll log on and promote everyone to guild leader before bed though. Now that would be fun.

I received no welcome pack, no information about the history of the guild, for all I know you may have supported Hitler back in the days. It comes to something when I have to look to Kir for leadership
