There was a bit of discussion on comms after our first Attumen kill about the route to Moroes.

We went up through the servants quarters as this is the easier route, although it does take a little longer. I commented that its possible to go up the stairs and clear the left part of the ballroom, and then hug the wall (as we did on the way to the Maiden).

I think at the time it was right choice to go via the servants quarters - easier, less chance of aggroing when 'resetting' Moroes, and no fighting on the stairs which makes Macey cry.

Now my opinion is that we should at least try going the other way. The main reason for saying this is that I have just been told (by someone who is 99.9% sure) that the trash in the ballroom has a 1 hour respawn time rather than 30 minutes. As the route is quicker, and the respawn time longer, we should be able to have more attempts at Moroes before having to clear trash again. I know the trash has been our main source of epics so far, but I think maybe 4 or 5 attempts on the boss would be just right before re-pops became an issue. We do after all want to kick undead ass at some point :)

Points to note if we go the ballroom route:

- Groups in the middle of the room could be left in place.
- People would have to take care when passing through. Hug the wall when entering Moroes room, and also when running back out to avoid a wipe.
- We would need to fight elites, but I understand they can be pulled on their own.

Just a suggestion. We can try it and if it doesnt work we can go back to the other route. I wont apologise if we try and we all die trying. Got to be in it to win it, got to shoot to score, he who dares wins etc etc.

I have no issue with going the ballroom route, it just means that the pulls from moroes' banquet hall have to be done with an increased element of care as there are more mobs behind you to pull away from, also when running back to reset moroes it could be an issue if someone blindly keeps running into the masses in the servants quarters.

If you think its worth trying then try it we shall, if it gives us more tries on moroes then its only a good thing imo.
