Can anyone confirm that? I almost respecced last night for imp sap, glad I didn't.

Nerfed!! I kinda knew it would happen sometime.

Been feeling more and more able as time has gone by to heal without losing much mana. I guess this has been noted.

With the 'Illumination' talent points full I currently get 100% of my mana back when I do a crit heal.....

This should see paladins with considerably worse mana efficiency. Glad I didnt spend to much on +spell crit gems.
