Mandatory & Helpfull Raid mods

Here's a list of the updated mods, which are helpfull for raiding, please note that the mandatory mods are needed if you want to join a raid.

Mandatory mods

- CT_RaidAssist (v. 1.621) Download link
- KTM Threadmeter( v. 18.10) Download link

KTM is used to make our lifes a bit easier, it shows who is on top of agro in the raid on a certain boss. just type "/ktm gui show" to see the interface :), you dont have to have it open, just install it so atleast our raid can check if ur not over agroing, it also helps on Vael etc to see howmuch more dmaage you can do before getting agro

Usefull Addons

- SW_Stats(v. 2.0) Download link
( Check ur 1337 dps or healing skillz)

- SimpleTranqshot(v. 2.0 31) Download link
( Sort Tranqshot rotation )

HELP?! No more Decursive

There still is an easy way:

Go to CT_RaidAssist options by left clicking the mini map button of the addon. Then go to The "Buff Options" you should see something like this:

Select the Schools you can decurse for a paladin this is magic/poison/disease and at the bottom of the options select "Show Debuffs', this will show the debuffs on the ctraid groups

You now can see the debuffs *you can cleanse* on ur raid:

Now to make it even easier bind a key to ur cleanse/decurse spell, just put ur spell on ur bar, and go to "Key Bindings" from the wow options.

as you can see on this picture i binded Cleanse with button1, so now the only thing i have to do is click a person with a debuff and press my cleanse key

BigWigs -ยป A must for Bosses. Warns u when boss gonna do attacks... buffs.. with some nice cool bars :D

Important tip about BigWigs; set it to display messages in it's own frame, and not in the Raidwarning frame (default). You'll miss alot of messages if you don't change this!

new ct_Raidassist version (v 1.62) www.ctmod.net
new KTM (v 18.10): http://wow.curse-gaming.com/en/files/de ... reatmeter/

SOME MACROS FOR DECURSING, espeacily handy for paladins since they only need 1 macro for it.

Quote:
/cast [target=mouseover] insertspellnamehere

The above Macro is incredibly, incredibly useful. It has single handedly removed much of my guilds problems with removing debuffs since the loss of Decursive.

You make this macro, and for the fight, bind it to 1 or 2 on your bar.

Then, very simply, use your right hand to move your mouse pointer over the raid window where the person afflicted by whatever debuff you want to remove is... and use your left hand to click '1' or '2' to key the macro, and there you go, spell removed.

You can clear up an entire group VERY fast with this macro, especially if you use the Blizzard Default UI Group bars. Small enough you can just run down them spamming the removal spell every second on the groups you're assigned to.

Oh, another very big key:

ASSIGN GROUPS TO SPECIFIC PEOPLE.

This will help to no end, and prevent multiple castings of curse going to the same people and others not getting the debuff off fast enough.

Various Macros include:(Note: These are individual macros, not lines of a single macro)

Priest:

/cast [target=mouseover] Dispel Magic
/cast [target=mouseover] Cure Disease
/cast [target=mouseover] Abolish Disease

Shaman:

/cast [target=mouseover] Cure Disease
/cast [target=mouseover] Cure Poison
/cast [target=mouseover] Purge
(The Last one is for use on the enemy. Very useful.)

Druid:

/cast [target=mouseover] Cure Poison
/cast [target=mouseover] Remove Curse
/cast [target=mouseover] Abolish Poison

Mage:

/cast [target=mouseover] Remove Lesser Curse

Paladin:

/cast [target=mouseover] Cleanse

You can make more macros using the targer=mouseover command. Healing spells. Renew. Rejuv. For PvP, you can make it Hunter's Mark or Corruption or Siphon Life, or any other instant cast spell you want to rain over multiple people in the feild/cast on a specific moused over target. That Purge macro above for Shamans is awesome for PvP. Just move your mouse around and start purging an entire field of enemies.

All you need to do is hold your mouse pointer over the person OR their name in the raid window to get the Mouseover macro to work and heal them.

Also, just so you all know. With the right setup and assigned groups, you can and will be able to remove debuffs FASTER then you did with Decursive. It really does. Especially as you can remove priority targets first with much more reliability.
